- Weaving defects
- Material flaws
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Pilling (a natural property of cashmere)
- Improper washing or handling
- Damage caused by accidents or misuse
- Damage from moths or insects or pets
Warranty Claim Process
Email [email protected] with:
- Order number
- Detailed description
- Photos or videos of the defect
If approved, we will:
- Repair the item, or
- Replace the item, or
- Offer store credit
Shipping Costs
For approved warranty claims:
- Repair/replacement shipping to you is free
- Shipping the item to us is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective originally
